Segregated flows within the chaos of moving waters during the flood.
The rock strata is exactly from what it looks like.
Segregated flows depositing sediment/life in layers and then turning all to stone.
The most likely answer just by looking at it.

its off topic and its pretty good.
It all comes back to my insistence the k-t line is the flood line.
All above the line are from post flood events.
These stranded whales show a great earth event left them high and dry about 2000 BC
