I'm curious what you all think on this matter:
I have heard that fossils have sometimes been ruined because where thy were found points to a biblical flood rather than evolution, and evolutionists destroyed them to preserve what they believe.  Has anyone heard of such incidents?  Would this fit into a story realistically?  What if that evidence was a living animal thought to be extinct?  Would some go so far as to kill it?
Thanks for your thoughts.

It would depend on whether they could twist the evidence to look like it supports evolution, wouldn't it? I have heard of them making things look different than they should. So, maybe instead of destroying it, they would adapt it. I think.
Yes they would. If someone is paying you to do research and you find something that contradicts his/her agenda they certainly will instruct you to alter or destroy a find. Research is anything in the world but objective. It has to be funded, and the golden rule very much applies, it applies to the world of research as much as it applies to any other area of life: THE GOLDEN RULE: He who has the gold makes the rules.
understand, words can have two meanings. thats how evil works. they don't want to lie to you directly, they will if they have too but they'd rather simply decieve yo and even better if they can get you to decieve yourself with a minimum of input from them. To excavate also means to destroy. Anytime you hear about secular scientist getting ahold of a site, always know that it has now been removed, for all effective purposes, from the record. Anything and everything confirming of a Creation Science belief system - archelogical - point of view, is now gone.
Hmmm... Now that is an intriguing idea! Both of your thoughts have been a great help! Thanks!
