What is your favorite National Park? What is one feature at that park that proclaims God's Creation?

I LOVE Yellowstone National Park!  I've been there MANY times!  It is an absolutely amazing place!
My first visit to Yellowstone was when I had just graduated from high school - umm - a few years ago...(: I remember hearing a ranger talk about astonishing discoveries Mt. St. Helens revealed that affected how Yellowstone interpreted some of their features!  It caught my attention!

I have always enjoyed the outdoors.  I am currently disabled, but I still have many outdoor explorations behind me.  Hopefully I can be well enough to take trips in the future.

Rut, I'm sorry to hear about your physical challenges.  I love your spirit of adventure though!  I'd love to hear about some of those outdoor explorations!  I also hope you will be able to take even more trips in the future.

Hope you have a great day!

I am getting better by degrees.  My husband and I want to go and an adventure to Mount Rushmore sometime in the near future.

Hope you have fun at Mount Rushmore! (:  I'm glad you are getting better! (:  Yeah!

My husband and I just got back from Mt. St. Helens.  Our adventures there turned out to be pretty dangerous, but God protected us!  Whew!

Happy Labor Day to you! (:

My brother and I just hiked the Low Gap Trail up to Cosby knob in the Smokies.  Although the only animals we saw were chipmunks, and the trees along the trail partially obscured good views of the rest of the mountains, it was fun to get out in the middle of creation for a few hours.

David,

Hiking to Cosby Knob sounds fun and interesting!  Did you take any pics?  Why is it called Cosby Knob?  I'm glad you got to get outside and enjoy God's Creation!  (:

My favorite park is the Naturpark Neckartal Odenwald in Germany. Here we have the "Grand Canyon of Southern Germany" : Neckar river breaks through the rocks of Odin´s forest  .Huge rocks , which have been transported by the great flood can be seen. Also there is a small vulcano Mt katzenbuckel ( = Mt cat back ) . I like hiking in the forest . In autumn it is very special. In the Neckar valley there are many old castles , which you can explore. There are also many gorges with small waterfalls. There you can find animals like salamander, frogs, beetles......
