Hi Group!
We are excited to announce our new Children's Book Series called Creation Kids Club. This book is beautifully illustrated and written in a way that teaches children about creation and Creator God by incorporating creative activities that go along with the subject matter.
We are seeking reviewers of the first book of the series. If you are wanting to just add another book to your shelf, please do not respond; but if you are serious, and especially if you have children, then we want to give you a free bookto review.
If you are interested, please email our Social Media Manager, sgagne@creationtoday.org, with you name, shipping address, phone number, email, and ages of children in your home.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you!

When you are ready to make some delicious pumpkin pie ice cream, just follow the recipe below:
Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 cups half and half
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 vanilla beans
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 7.5 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Combine all dairy into a saucepan along with the sugar. Split and scrape the vanilla beans into the dairy and sugar mixture. Bring to 170 degrees F. to dissolve sugar then let cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator overnight. While dairy is heating, grate nutmeg into pumpkin and add the other spices. Mix in a bowl to combine and chill overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, take pumpkin and dairy mixture out. Filter dairy mixture to remove large vanilla bean pieces. Add some of the dairy mixture to the pumpkin and mix well to loosen it up. Then mix both the dairy and pumpkin together. Freeze in your ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Let the ice cream harden for at least two hours unless serving all immediately.

Here are 3 Power Point Lessons: Websites for research:
Absolutely! The site is for folks to use. Links/credits are excellent. Now if you were going to publish it as a book/unit study, we'd need more details, but for non-profit educational home/group study, permission granted. We do ask that before you publish something on the web, you would explain and go into detail and obtain permission. That goes for the photos too. I'd love to see what you pull together--put me on your list of sharing with others!
It is SO rewarding to know that homeschooling families can put this material to good use. That was the whole vision of this site and after 5 years, it just makes my day to hear what you are doing. It spurs on the upgrades...which seem to take much longer than desired. Keep checking back. Lots of stuff in preparation specific for youth, just need the Lord's timing and enablement for completion. Every Blessing- Rebekah
