Please would you keep homeschoolers in Sweden in your prayers over the next few months and especially from mid-August when the school year begins? Homeschooling became illegal 2 days ago and the state has already abducted one homeschooled boy, imposed crippling fines on several parents, imprisoned one, and are making more threats. If you would like to support us, please see my website at http://freesweden.net God bless!

Just got my first box of books from Master Books. I got the SAT prep book, the Family Illustrated Bible, and the Life of John Newton. I'm half-way through John Newton...wonderful. The SAT prep book is going to be our Language Arts for the next 3 years, AND we're reading the Family Illustrated Bible every night as a family after supper. Yay!

I am hosting a Creation Science Expo in January 2012 online! I would love to know who you think would make a great speaker. Email me at felice@mediaangels.com with your ideas. Master Books was a sponsor for the Ultimate Homeschool Expo! What a great line-up of authors and speakers we had. Wonderful.

The timing of your post was absolutely perfect as I had completely forgotten about your site.  I'm putting together a horse study for my daughter who is extremely passionate about horses, and the resources on your site are wonderful. Would it be okay for me to print and assemble some of the resources to use in our study? The resources may be shared with others, so I would make sure everything contained links/credit to your site.

Absolutely!  The site is for folks to use. Links/credits are excellent.  Now if you were going to publish it as a book/unit study, we'd need more details, but for non-profit educational home/group study, permission granted.  We do ask that before you publish something on the web, you would explain and go into detail and obtain permission.  That goes for the photos too.  I'd love to see what you pull together--put me on your list of sharing with others!

It is SO rewarding to know that homeschooling families can put this material to good use.  That was the whole vision of this site and after 5 years, it just makes my day to hear what you are doing.  It spurs on the upgrades...which seem to take much longer than desired.    Keep checking back.  Lots of stuff in preparation specific for youth, just need the Lord's timing and enablement for completion.  Every Blessing- Rebekah
