Speaking of people who believe in Evolution claiming to be Creationists, it is just as absurd for someone who believes in a mere local flood to make the claim that they believe in THE biblical Flood. I find it hard to believe they could honestly…

Is there a way to limit comments on my profile? The spam is insulting, see the most recent as an example. I'd like to turn off all comments on my profile if possible as group members are obviously not moderated closely. Other than your original welcome comment, all that I receive is spam like that- yuck!

Holidays 2010 Update:
Well, since I first posted here about my situation with the AAEC many things have happened. The AAEC completely revoked my membership and deleted my entire archive of work - and several national ministries have picked up the new Creationist strip and catapulted me into this journey full-time.
As Paul wrote, "I count it all loss..." but am very encouraged by the very clear battle lines being drawn - (pun intended!)

Hey, I just wanted to say that I really appreciat the fact that you've posted creation science events on this site. If it hadn't been for the website I wouldn't have known about the Seattle Creation Conferense happening tonight near me. I was even able to invite two of my friends who will be coming with me.
Thanks again and I'll let you know how it goes!

This may not be any help but a little lady said this before any of us were born in the book "Christian Education" on Psalm 104; God is the foundation of everything. All true science is in harmony with his works; all true education leads to obedience to his government. Science opens new wonders to our view; she soars high, and explores new depths; but she brings nothing from her research that conflicts with divine revelation. Ignorance may seek to support false views of God by appeals to science; but the book of nature and the written word shed light upon each other. We are thus led to adore the Creator, and to have an intelligent trust in his word.

Vinay, Today the professors are in agreement that the earth is 4.6 billion years old. I have listened with an open mind trying to learn what their basis is for this long period of time and come up with several ideas: 1. They refuse to allow room for God as creator, rejecting Genesis as a posible explanation of how it all happened; 2. They accept 4.6 billion for many reasons, most importantly, because they need a long time to provide for evolution; 3. Since they omit God, and interject evolution, they assume, falsely, that the scientific method can prove their conclusion. With them the blind lead the blind with arrogance and anger toward those who disagree with them. They have no tolerance, and no truth.
