I have greatly been looking for something like this and am excited to have found it. A little about me.
First, I grew up a "Christian". Though I considered myself a Christian before, I believed in a Theistic Evolution. My resulting "faith" that I called "Christian" was anything but Christian; all the names were the same, but non of the teachings. I could pretty much do as I wanted. I grew so sick of creationists who couldn't answer a single question I proposed, that I decided to research evolution in depth so instead of simply asking questions the Creationist couldn't answer (or at least the ones I had been arguing with), I would have the smoking gun to quiet them for good. After all science had proven evolution, right? So it had to be there, right? It took a few years, but finally God showed me it was myself who was wrong and not Him.
I now am a devoted Creationist. No, actually, that isn't quite correct. I am a devoted Biblical Literalist meaning except where the Scriptures are obviously not speaking literally (ie parables or "(fill in the blank) is like..."), I take God at His Word and believe what He says. To paraphrase Martin Luther, even if I don't totally understand it, I acknowledge that God is more learned than I.
I have been praying for years to either be a part of a full-time ministry or preferably, to start my own. My idea is a Family and child oriented play place where kids can run, play, climb, jump and crawl through activities, but all with a Christian and dinosaur theme. It will also have a hands-on area where they can learn about creation and hear the things they are not taught in school on evolution. You can see more, as well as read several articles that I have written and a scale model of the ark of Noah that I constructed on my webpage:
http://www.HaveYouNotRead.comI also have a blog at
http://youdonthavetohaveaphd.blogspot.com/ which attempts to explain the reasons why evolution doesn't fit the evidence in simple to understand terms. Some people simply acquiesce to the scientist because, well, they are scientists. I attempt to show that science is not that difficult and anyone can understand enough of the basics to be able to think for themselves.
Finally, I have also written a book. It is a Christmas devotional for the 25 days of December that lead up to Christmas. Each day's devotional is based off of a popular Christmas carol and presents each song in a new light that shines the glory on God and the true meaning of Christmas. It is titled, "Let Heaven and Nature Sing' and you can find it here:

In His service... Arthur Smith
Oh, as a P.S., for something fun about me, I have the strangest hobby. I am also a jousting "knight" at Renaissance Faires and other events. Yes, I fall off a Clydesdale for fun (Okay, its really the reaction of the kids that make it fun...). You can see "Sir Arthur" at
