James Church replied to Mary Catherine Clark's discussion 'God vs. Science?'
"Very good Mr. Wendling,   A couple of things, through our five senses, I think we can find proof for God (that is a question of faith, but I acknowledge it as proof). For example, people worship God, why? Why "waste" their time doing…"

Adam J. Benton commented on James Church's blog post 'Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution'
"Sorry it's taken a while to respond, things have been hectic round here.   First there is the notion that science can be absolutely certain about something and, I hate to be so blunt, but for the most part this is just false. Science is…"

James Church replied to Mary Catherine Clark's discussion 'God vs. Science?'
"This was very good. Thank you for posting this. Just to comment, the reason, I think, that evil (or absence of God exists), why God does not for example lock the devil inside a chamber in hell, is so that we are able to make a choice to love God.…"

James Church commented on James Church's blog post 'Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution'
"Good point, we know God exists.  God's love can be felt. Obviously, Christians, when they pray, or worship the Lord, they don't have some illusion of someone loving them; it is God. That is perhaps why Atheists think we are crazy.…"

David Thomas Posey commented on James Church's blog post 'Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution'
"Mr. Benton, Man was created with a universal morality, because there was only one man in the universe.  After the fall, men became accustomed to the corruption that was all around them.  Everyone was wiped out except for the folks that…"

Adam J. Benton commented on James Church's blog post 'Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution'

Adam J. Benton commented on James Church's blog post 'Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution'
"Mr Possey, whilst, in the real world, a fact is a statement with a wealth of data to support it, to suggest that the statement is certain or proven is to understate some of the issues with the observations we make of the real world. As Muller put…"

Natural Selection; Creationism vs. Evolution

So in natural selection, there are four steps.

1. Variation

2. Overproduction

3. Adaptation

4. Descent with modification

So as creationists, we believe in natural selection in a way that species change among their kind, but do not evolve into other species. Right?

Also as creationists, we believe that the fossils that what evolutionists claim are transitional fossils ("missing links") are just variations right?

Is…

Creation Presentation at a Public School

Posted on March 5, 2011 at 9:36am 8 Comments

I am a freshman in a Public Highschool, and my Biology class is studying evolution. I am thinking to ask my Biology teacher if I could do a 5-10 minute presentation on Creationism, and why Christians don't believe in evolution.

I am thinking to mention that science is built up on theories on things in our world, and how the difference between the science in the Bible and the science in science in an atheist view is different because of faith. I will also mention that there…
