But it is packed with malls, restaurants..etc. Like NYC, there is always something new to do every day. :) I miss the food most of all. I can't find certain HK traditional street food in NYC and there are certain clothing brands only found in HK. Things are not much cheaper there compared to NYC though :\

I was living in Hong Kong, China for the first 12 years. Then I moved to Brooklyn, NY. :)

Fall here is beautiful, I guess. If you tune out the traffic, subway, people, then yeah, it's beautiful. The weather is great :D mid 40s to mid 60s. Sunny and dry :)

Brooklyn to me equates to car horns, subway sounds, smells like air or sometimes like a homeless person.

I would stay where I am if I have a choice. I have a love hate relationship with NYC :) I love the convenience, the food and the diversity. I hate the high expenses, poor subway service, and most people have very cold hearts. This is one of the most populated but yet the loneliest city.

All evolution is change. But not all change is evolution. To equate the two is nonsense, so the word "change" has to be qualified. Evolution refers to major changes via common descent and mutations over long eons of time. I think that calling evolution "change" is a subtle attempt to equate microevolution (for example, people are taller today than they were 500 years ago), which everyone believes, to macroevolution, which not everyone believes. You can't just pile up small changes over time and see new forms of life higher up on the taxonomy appear. New species, yes. New phyla or orders, no. At least there is no evidence for it. The fossils appear in the fossil record fully formed, and stasis, the opposite of change, is the testimony of the fossil record, which even many evolutionists believe.

Lisa, I believe that you called me and left a message, but you left a wrong number. The number you left (512-259-5566) seems to be a fax number, since I get a high-pitched sound when I call that number. I am a professor at Concordia University Texas and both a teacher and a writer on biblical creationism. You called about our having an AiG speaker here next February. Please call me on my cell phone at (512) 751-9701. Thanks. Dr. Joel Heck
