Many say that God ended creating things on the 6th day after he created man. Is this true? Is it Biblical?

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

Mark 10:6 (KJV)

For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

Mark 13:19 (KJV)

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.

Mark 16:15 (ASV)

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made,…

Did human life begin as a result of natural means or supernatural means?

Taken from the 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language, written by Noah Webster - yes, the original

Webster. The current dictionaries have greatly changed his definitions which included much Biblical information and references.

Supernatural - Being beyond or exceeding the powers or laws of nature; miraculous. A supernatural event is one which is not produced according to the ordinary or established laws of natural…

Was the universe started by natural or supernatural means?

This question is one hardly addressed by Creationists who fall so easily into the trap of "natural means" set by evolutionists.Do you really believe the Biblical account of creation written by Moses? Or do you just believe some of the account and try to fit the Biblical story into a "scientist's mold of the origins of the universe?

What you believe about this subject; what each man believes about it, affects one more than they think. The story of God's creation is part of the gospel…

Which "essential truth" that Jesus preached is not necessary for one to be a Christian?

In modern churchianity we have a doctrine called "essential truths." These are the supposed truths needed for one to be saved. There is not total agreement as to what these truths are, neither is it clearly understood what are the "nonessential truths" taught in the Scriptures. But let's look at a few "essential truths."

The following 4 spiritual laws are taken from this site:…

Is God pleased with the Discussions of Creationism vs Evolution?

To answer the opening question briefly, I would say that most of the time, God is not pleased. What is it that pleases the Lord? That's what this discussion is about.

I was just reading in Isaiah 40 where the Lord shares some amazing truths.

Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a…

I believe in creation. . . Am I a Christian?

I believe I am a sinner. I believe Jesus died for me. I believe Jesus is the Son of God. I accept Jesus as my Savior.  Therefore, I am a Christian.

Today's Christianity has "evolved" to a set of essential beliefs, or doctrines. If you acknowledge those doctrines and receive Christ by an act of faith, you are told that you become a Christian and now have eternal life. You are also told by some that you can never lose this eternal life. It is a gift that will never be taken away from…

Creationism as a science vs the faith of Jesus: the fight for the true gospel

The modern version of the gospel has been watered down to knowledge: knowing the essential doctrines, the basic tenants of the scriptures. In this knowledge people believe they are saved. Let me explain further. Many denominations have a list of doctrines that they supposedly adhere to. These are "beliefs" about God, the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit; and about the Bible, etc. Some denominations include beliefs on how one is saved, some do not. But all denominations imply that theirs is…

Creation happened by the word of the Creator, not by any natural means.

“By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth” (Psalm 33:6).

Today so many discuss the…

The Judgment Day

There is a day coming where all who have ever lived will stand before God to give account for their lives. This is known by most as the Judgment Day. It is spoken about several times in the Bible, but the overall account of what will happen is explained in Revelations 20: 11-15.

11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them.

12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing…

The Excellent Devotional by Henry Morris, rebuking the foolishness of Evolutionism by the Word of God

I'd thought I'd repost what what was written by the now promoted Henry Morris. His words and use of the scripture is succinct and devastating to any evolutionist.  It should also be a rebuke to those who say they believe in creationism but do not stand upon the word of God for their proof. There is no greater proof or argument against "the audacity of human rebellion and the absurdity of humanistic reasoning" than the word of God used rightly. Though there are thousands and thousands of…

Does your church have greater problems than the evolution heresy?

I've noticed that creation oriented ministries seem to be presbyopic (able to see far away but not close). They seem to have a handle on the fallacy of evolution (to a degree), but do not see the huge theological problems in the modern church. Perhaps this is because their income is largely from association with the modern church organizations. Let me explain further.

When visiting the Creation Museum in Kentucky, I heard their founder, Ken Ham, speak about his belief of what the…

The Blaspheme of Evolution

Too often the discussions between Creationists and Evolutionists is conducted with great temerity on the part of evolutionists who boldly blaspheme God as they claim the attributes only due to God and the Creator as belonging to the mindless entity known as "nature." Evolutionists, who are also heretics, shield their blaspheme with "science." Meanwhile, creationists receive blow after blow of blasphemous thoughts and ideas that are directed at the Almighty, but with far too much tolerance…
