I was privaledged to never learn about evolution in school. I actually had no idea of the horrible grip it has on our world. I thank God that I was never sucked into the evolution worldview. I believe in the creation as the Bible describes it more than anything else in this world! FYI/You can find loads of info on drdino.com

Comment by Nancy Mansfield on January 12, 2012 at 6:43am I went to public school for all of elementary, was homeschooled for one year, then finished up with charter school =-) My public school days were in a small town in Texas where 98% of the people believed in God, so I guess they didnt teach it there!
I have always believed the Biblical record of creation but it was thanks to resources like the ones from AiG that I was able to sort out the reality of the Ice Age and when dinosuars lived, among other things. However, I was homeschooled; were you or did you go to private or public school? I have a friend who went through his 12 years of public school and still believed in 6,000 years of earth's history. He said he just had to block out the "millions of years" talk. Like you, I thank God that was not the case for me.
